Just make the cereal tinner than usual. You may wish to make the cereal with milk rather than water to increase calories and protein. Add maple syrup or honey to sweeten.
You may wish to fold in blended fruits such as bananas, peaches, pears, applesauce, and/or a lightly poached egg.
Cream of Chicken Soup
3/4 cup mashed potatoes
3/4 - 1 cup chicken broth
Add hot chicken broth to mashed potatoes until desired consistency is reached. Ad a little more butter, salt and pepper to taste. Serves one.
